Resulted in sales of $650,000 first year in business and top search engine placement for a number of highly competitive keywords. Implemented a price penetration strategy to undercut major competitors on service fees and delivery charges. Resulted in undercutting competitors’ prices by 10% or more. Developed a “what you see is what you pay” pricing strategy that eliminated extra fees at the checkout screen.
