Achievements: In recent years we have had a strong focus on cyber- and information security. We have increased our security ratings to a strong and solid level according to CIS Critical Security Controls v8.We are currently in progress of several AI-projects to enhance both internal process as well as contributing to consumer and customer value.Since 2016 I have been responsible to lead the digital transformational journey with the mission to harmonizing, consolidating and streamlining the Fonus IT department. This journey has led to a completely new set-up and together with partners we have increased the degree of automation of both internal and external processes. The results are increased business value, better customer experience, employee ratings and competitiveness for the Fonus Groups various operations.

My mission at Telge was to create a better functioning IT department with focus on three areas: 1. Increased collaboration between the business areas and IT, 2. Strengthening the teams capabilities to improve the quality and service level, 3. Secure stable IT operations.Results: After only 6 months the index increased significantly for both CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and ESI (Employee Satisfaction Index). Regarding the IT operations we significantly reduced the arisen incidents and increased the availability of the company groups IT systems.
