I have a long and genuine experience in IT management and leadership. My main focus is on strategic level as well as operational responsibility for the daily IT operations and infrastructure. What motivates me is to challenge the image of IT as a cost, and instead provide a picture of how IT can contribute to the business and operations. This approach has often helped me to get both strong support as well as willingness to investments from the management team and board of directors for various IT projects. Having been a part of management teams and boards of directors in my previous roles, I have gained valuable experience that contributes to my current role's demands. My role today requires that I am both business oriented, open minded and communicative. These strengths combined with the ability to establish a good relationship between the business, IT department and external suppliers empower me deliver commitments on time and with high quality.
