Daily management of maintenance department in liaison with Maintenance Supervisor, onboard a Harsh Environment Jack-up.Supervision of maintenance team with 7 members. Supervision and planning of work scopes for all 3rd party personnel. Responsible for safety of the crew, making sure that procedures and legislation are adhered to. Planning of maintenance. Purchasing and documentation. Extensive knowledge of SAP.

Overall responsible for technical installations in a modern Anchor Handling Vessel. Including maintenance, audits, inspections, purchasing, upgrades, retrofitting etc. In liaison with 1.Engineer: planning of maintenance, and supervision of engine room staff.Responsible for engine room safety by supervising and introducing crew members to the safety culture onboard, and safety management systems used.I have achieved good results in constant improvement on technical status of the vessels, as well as getting the crew to work as a team. Extensive knowledge of AMOS.

Operation of remotely controlled subsea equipment; Observation Class, Work Class and large Trenchers. Maintenance of vehicles, launch and recovery systems, and winches. Supervision of ROV teams of up to 8 members. Planning of work scope, modifications to equipment, purchase of new equipment, planning of projects, daily reporting to client and equipment owners, participation in project meetings and completion of documentation for clients.I have been involved in countless projects for many clients, in both Drill Support onboard a Jack-up, Oil and Gas Construction work and Cable industry.

Daily management of 2 survey vessels as well as 2 ROV systems. Involved in hiring of personnel, and other HR related tasks.Responsible for, and successful in, the project of converting a ferry into a ROV trenching platform and Cable Laying Vessel, with tight deadlines. This included change of flag and adoption to DNV Class, planning of yard stay, dry-docking, and mobilizing vessel in co-operation with Client.
