Managing an organization of 30+ engineers responsible for the public web and digital sales channels serving If's Private and Commercial customers. Held the Tribe tech lead position for two cross functional tribes.

Widened my responsibilities to include development teams building digital solutions for the Commercial business area of If Insurance. Teams located in Norway, Sweden, Latvia and Ukraine.

Consultant working as a developer and team leader for our clients in the insurance business and Swedish unions. I was part of the management team at Gisys developing our internal processes (e.g. recruitment, competency development, incentive programs) as well as working with sales for new and existing customers. I was also responsible for enrolling Gisys in the Microsoft Partner Network and earning and maintaining a Application Development competency for the organisation.

Co-founded Trinisoft in december 2010 as a side project. We developed applications for Windows Phone devices and a time reporting web application for consultant companies.
