I wrote for the retail magazine "Vinmagasinet" from 2004-2008. I write about food and wine for one of the major danish newspapers.

I was writing and editing the wine articles in the magazine until it was decided not to include wine in every issue.

I wrote about wine, beer, spirits and food paring.

I worked with testing and developing various systems and was the "operational eye" on the introduction of new equipment for air traffic controllers. I made specifications for major upgrades of the ATC equipment, as well as training fellow controllers.

I worked as an area controller, doing both procedural and radar control.
