Chief IT Architect for Sweden’s leading credit information agency. UC provides mission-critical credit information services to the majority of Sweden’s banks and financial institutes. The credit data is collected from ca 170 different sources and is by far the largest credit information bank in Sweden.Anders’ responsibilities was leading the Architecture Team, strategic IT Architecture, establishing the architecture vision, architecture governance, transformation planning, coaching and mentoring architects and leading architecture efforts in major initiatives. Anders was also responsible for operations and infrastructure architecture as well as working with outsourcing vendor relations, outsourcing contracts and managing production software licenses (Oracle and Informatica).As a part of the IT Management team, Anders has been working with competence transformation, IT governance and processes for projects, development (EssUp), establishing maintenance processes (PM3) and Operations (ITIL v3).
