With reference to Executive Committee, leading and growing a high-impact function spanning across strategic and operational matters. A global spread function, centered around Denmark and India.Responsibilities:- Vestas commercial smart data and consultancy strategy.- Service Product Management: Commercial responsible for all products in Vestas Services’ portfolio, across maintenance, smart-data services, product improvements, repair solutions and parts. Responsible for full product investment budget.- Service Positioning and Marketing: Market positioning of Vestas Services, go-to-market, product launch and product marketing.- Vestas Asset Management Center: Responsible for Vestas global operational smart data center, optimizing both clients’ business case and Vestas bottom line through business performance analysis, asset condition monitoring, and combined wind and asset performance for product “tuning”.

Sales and business development in India: Direct client contact pursuing and closing commercial agreements for wind power plants. Project contract value 30-100m€.Leading cross-functional solution engineering of complex infrastructure projects in India. Optimizing financial structures with banks, plant configuration/optimization, product certification, schedule optimization, pricing, sourcing, logistics, costing, hedging, taxing, etc. Matrix team of +15 employees.

Global Construction Management: - Leading turn-around project of +25 members, achieving +200m€ in inventory reduction
