I have the pleasure of being active as a lawyer and partner at one of the top commercial law firms in Sweden. Delphi has offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmo and Linkoping. Between 2013-2019 I was also heading Delphi's Malmo office as Managing Partner. With a specialisation within EU and competition law from the university as a base, my professional expertise is within the fields of mergers & aquisitions (M&A) and capital markets as well as all commercial agreements and corporate law issues that comes with the territory. Many of the cases has a cross boarder dimension and international character. With my legal skills as a base and gained business experience in combination with an understanding of the economics of the game, I often find myself in a first line support role vis-a-vis clients where I get the possibility to provide value-added advice in a prompt and cost efficient way. My background as a professional football (soccer) player has given me a dedicated drive and ability to work in teams, which I find very useful in my line of business.
