Team-leader for a new business development team. Our focus is on efficient work processes and optimization of existing standards. The team is a small in-house group of consultants with in-depth knowledge of the legal foundation and existing processes relating to casework and administrative appeals. Working both with LEAN, best practice and supporting networks of leaders and practitioners we are instrumental in optimizing efficiency while maintaining a very high level of legal quality.

Besides working with industrial injuries I have been involved in several projects regarding processes and efficiency (LEAN). I have been involved in a large merger (fusion) where a large group of employees and cases were moved to Ankestyrelsen from several regional offices (Statsforvaltningen). In that project I also help establish Ankestyrelsen Aalborg and the transfer of cases from one system to another. Since august 2013 I have been the project manager of Ankestyrelsens relocation from several geographical locations in Copenhagen to a new headquarter in Copenhagen (Sydhavnen) where we are now work around 450 people.
