My first employment after graduation. I got to learn the work of a bank branch from scratch. Everything from answering the phone to managing mortgages.I was given the opportunity to test many different things. We were one of the first bank branches to work with telemarketing. My manager allowed me to reschedule my working hours so I started at lunch and worked afternoon and evening with customers who were pre-booked for me. The customers I selected myself through analyzes of customer databases in excel that I ordered from the marketing department in Stockholm. My work contributed to significantly increased sales and to changing the view of how banking and sales could work.
