Initially contracted as interim Group Financial Controller with contract extended for additional 1yr to step in as Interim CFO. Alongsidewith the new CEO, led the successful SEK 66m gross proceeds rights issue and SEK 55m debt conversion completed in Q1 2023. Strengthened the overall insights through high fidelity strategic financial reporting and forecasting to the BoD, in parallell implementing several supporting systems to lift ERP and corporate governance processes to expected standards.
