Delighted to take on the role as CFO in this small but very exciting company with its brilliant product. Numerous challenges to handle together with the team along the expansion of its footprint abroad, the USA not the least. The position is part-time.

Initially contracted as interim Group Financial Controller with contract extended for additional 1yr to step in as Interim CFO. Alongsidewith the new CEO, led the successful SEK 66m gross proceeds rights issue and SEK 55m debt conversion completed in Q1 2023. Strengthened the overall insights through high fidelity strategic financial reporting and forecasting to the BoD, in parallell implementing several supporting systems to lift ERP and corporate governance processes to expected standards.

Providing financial managerial and reporting services to and with the executive management of the group. Interim position.

Including BoD positions in all subsidiaries in Ice Group.

Operational chief financial officer responsible for the overall direction, performance and leadership of the group’s finance teams in the group: budgeting and external and internal financial reporting, accounting business control, business transactions, tax, liquidity forecasts, internal controls as well as investor relations and corporate governance. Leading a team of 5 country finance directors with total finance organization of 25+ across 5 countries.Member of the Group Executive Team and business partner to Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, major shareholders, and external auditors. Responsible for audit engagements of mainly listed companies and start-ups within the tech- and IT industries, while in parallel responsible for the nation-wide implementation of the new digital audit tool, the audit methodology best practice and training thereof.Achievementso Lead Audit Manager of a number of audit engagements, highlighting TeliaSonera with US$250m turnover in Sweden including audit of their Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, and online gaming companies as Betsson and Net Entertainment, at that time a new businesses industry with several challenges from both tax and legal perspectives.o Proposed to, and appointed, by PwC Sweden executive board to lead the implementation of the digital tool for risk management, audit methodology assurance and documentation support in Sweden 2000-2002.
