Responsible for building investment cases, business plans and valuation in relation to M&A activities in Germany and USA. General focus was on the best possible utilisation of whey value and included global market assessment, product potential valuation, whey utility price analysis, etc. Development of follow up and KPI structure for sales organisation and I was responsible for the AFI investment process.

Responsible for the bulk milk powder product range in Arla Foods Ingredients. I worked closely with the sales responsible, the planning department and dairies within Sweden and Denmark.
