The company was a startup subsidiary of a Norwegian Company, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.Due to turbulence in the mother company, EB Scanword A/S was closed down before it even had the chance to prove its value in the market.

My responsibility was "everything, but sales"; i.e. finance, IT, personel, logistics, and administration.

My main responsibility was finance including financial reporting and cash flow control.I also had the responsibility for the personel department.

My main research project was linked to "SMB Management in Denmark".

The main area was SMB in Denmark. Within this segment, I had very different tasks from Loan and Funding Assessment to teaching, analysis, and TV-production.The only common denominator was: Train managers to become better leaders.
