In my role as development manager, I had duties as a product owner and was responsible for planning and prioritizing functionality for new releases and for the product's long-term development plan and roadmap. In close dialogue with the product's customers, I have mapped, documented and ranked functions and requirements in the product's backlog based on the highest value for the customer and based on the customer's business strategy. This has also included evaluation and analysis of product performance and operation. Through clear documentation, communication and anchoring of requirements, I have ensured a high degree of understanding and a correct implementation by the development team in each sprint.In my role as development manager, I have also been responsible for leading and supporting the development team in technical challenges with complex dependencies and integrations. Development and deliveries have taken place continuously with support from agile methods and tools such as Kanban, Scrum and ITIL. I have also been responsible for driving and implementing improvements around the team's working methods based on the agile methods used. With that work, I have helped the team to create the necessary structure and clarity in work processes and ensured high quality and progress towards the set development goals.I have also been responsible for the development and support process as well as setting up and configuring workflows in Jira Software, Jira Service Desk and Confluence. My cross-functional team was responsible for assisting 3 different customer deliverables with development efforts, support and project resources. I also had the main responsibility for the financial planning and the follow-up of costs.

In projects that included integrations with third-party programs, I was responsible for ensuring that the supplier's commitments were met and adhered to.
