I am responsible for the 24/7/365 operation and content distribution on all platforms of nationwide broadcaster, Radio4. With 60.000+ episodes and 180+ shows Radio4 have a significant volume in the market.I have a background as a CTO, systems specialist, project manager and consultant at some of the largest broadcasters and production companies in Scandinavia.Over the years I have designed, developed and maintained complex broadcast media and production installations and infrastructure with seamless cross-platform integration to internal tools, websites, apps and content distribution platforms with focus on stability, scalability and ease-of-use for the daily users.I have extensive experience in custom software solutions and have delivered webapps and iOS and Android apps both as project owner and developer.My latest major product release is the all new Radio4 website build from the ground up to scale and deliver - and of course our apps including full Apple Carplay integration.I have lead the processes from the initial idea to the product launch - introducing an enhanced and curated listening experience for existing and new listeners, with a product built from scratch. The process also included user-interviews and user-test to gain representative insights.Using custom-built CMS, API's and scaleable infrastructure we serve all Radio4 platforms, podcasts and livestreaming quick and stable. Dashboards with key metrics has been developed for internal use allowing editors to easily monitor asset performance.Also specialized within networked audio and video solutions.
