Project manager* Just-In-Time customization. Project aimed to reduce time to market of new products by applying market configuration as close to the end-user as possible. Closed down January 2014 due to limitations in Android.* SW update tool chain improvements. PM for a project that had the goal of improving lead time and througput of the release of SW updates to end users which would improve the returns of phones that users experienced as low quality. Successfully delivered april 2014 saving the company 14k€ per SW release (having about 35 releases per year).* Coaching, supporting and mentoring junior project managersBusiness development (process) manager (=defining how we work in order to develop the optimal IT-tools and working processes)* Product configuration 1.5 and 2.0.
