Creative and business savvy generalist with great drive and great enthusiasm for tech, urban architecture, business and communications. In 2004 I founded 'Magasinet KBH', a publication exploring, in popularised form, architecture and urban design in the Danish capital Copenhagen — with the aim of making urban design part of the discourse for everybody in the city. The magazine has since won numerous awards and received extended international exposure. The print run grew to 32,000. After 57 issues — in 2010 — the publication went digital-only. I later founded a tech, design & communications agency counting Maersk, Realdania and ISS amongst its clients, before setting up a new activity: Building a B2C trading platform for goods of such high quality they make us feel a little better about being human — Waremakers was born in 2013 and grew to having a team of 14 and YoY turnover growth of 900%. I exited in early 2019.I am currently heading an urban tech startup while still making sure 'Magasinet KBH' informs Copenhageners.I work strategically with a business mindset and enjoy leading teams, but I am equally happy digging into operations myself — whether that's designing, writing, managing tech builds, or setting up a marketing campaign. That's not out of line with my education: I finished half a BSc in Business Economics before picking up a double BA & MA in Communications and Architectural Design.I have also acquired a very solid understanding of all things "tech" since developing my own computer games as a kid and comfortably lead teams of developers today. My ambition is to always channel my diverse interests into something that makes both business sense and has real purpose.Off-duty: Serious runner + keen cyclist, hiker and skier.
