As the system architect at WebSideStory (acquired by Omniture and later Adobe Systems) I was responsible for the architecture and technology direction of the HBX, Hitbox, and Bid suites of products. HBX Analytics, a market leading web analytics solution for over 1,000 customers focused on e-commerce, digital media, and online lead generation. During my time at WebSideStory, the HBX platform grew to handle over 60,000 transactions/s and > 700 Mbit/s of continuous incoming data handled in realtime by a pioneering cloud-based data collection and visualization system.
