1 Provide overall management of MPS (mass production schedule) and ensure product availability of the selected product line in the OEM/CM environment.2 More than 7 years NPI product and operations management experience, solid understanding and on-hands experience on managing products in varies lifecycle stage from the very beginning of NPI product to End-of-life.3 Manage OEM/CM to drive NPI manufacturing plan to be executed, drive design changes to be incorporated in NPI builds, handle NPI build quote and manage expense. Make sure enough calibrated equipment/fixture, ensure materials and production readiness to fulfil build timeline.4 Be responsible for product OTS (On Time Shipment) for customer orders and drive continuous improvement activities, manage and control E&O (excess and obsolete) on FGI (finished goods inventory) and WIP (work in process) stock for EOL products. 5 Drive contract manufacturer to pipeline components to fulfill MPS requirements and demand fluctuations; provide overall materials management to ensure supply assurance and make sure no OTS impact; plan critical parts by providing contract manufacturer directions.

1 Drive global contract manufacturers to achieve annual and quarterly cost saving target, focusing on cost optimization through value reengineering, supply base consolidation, price benchmarking and alternative sourcing etc. 2 Being the operational focal point to interact with design engineering, work with them and other counterparts to develop component commodity strategy and ensure it will be implemented, constantly review the current supply landscape in various product life cycle stage, identify areas of supply risk and develop recommendation and/or solutions to address such risks through component alternative sourcing, or supply buffer strategy etc.3 Map out preliminary sustaining product cost from NPI stage, track through all product development stage to make sure optimum product cost can be achieved.
