- Responsible to support and resolute of issues of IT, providing support locally and remotely in the company.- Working on solutions and finding a way to improve to the user's daily tasks.- Acting as enabler for Network team to setup and diagnosis Infra and Network issues with Switches and routers Cisco.- Responsible to monitor daily tasks as Backup jobs, checking link connections and integrity.- Implementation and maintenance of the Local Network.- Administration of Windows Server 2012R2.- Provide support to 600 Desktops / Laptops and 9 servers.- Supporting email solutions (Outlook).- Installation and configuration of VPN (Virtual Private Network).- Worked as enabler of support of Clock devices.- File server management.- Access management through AD (Active Directory).- Networks, Hardware, physical parts repair and software reinstallation of the following devices: Pc, notebook, Macbook, Iphone, android.- Management configuration and simultaneous formatting of computers per image through servers Fog and WD.
