This is primarily because of your design of the brick pattern design, because during construction the comments were very questionable (regarding "weird" style) before the addition of the brick. Special KUDOS to the firm that did the HVAC engineering. This is one of the most comfortable buildings of its size that I have ever been in. There are no "hot & cold" spots. Temperature is very uniform throughout the building. The utility bills are about the same as our old building even with the large increase in size. This has allowed the projections for our Solar System to work out very close. Our production exceeds our usage by about $500 per month. Recently, I was contacted by a Dr. (I forget his name) that was considering a proposal from you. I gave you a good recommendation and I hope the proposed project works out for you.
