- Conduct a variety of quantitative and qualitative research studies for various teams, including traditional surveys, labs, interviews, conjoint analysis, and segmentation.- Work with other Insighters to get a full picture of a given business question or problem space through multi-modal engagements.- Mentor other researchers and directly manage a small team.- Develop and execute projects related to internal research team development, exploring new tools, methodologies, and educational opportunities. For example: helped level up team's toolbox by implementing a researcher-led education series where SMEs share their knowledge and "tips & tricks" for various research methods, statistical methods, and programs; personally developed or co-developed training sessions about Survey Design, Data Visualization, Discrete Choice Methods, Creative Qualitative Methods, and Prioritization.- Develop and maintain a structured onboarding program for new researchers, including in-person sessions, static educational materials (e.g. videos), documentation about logistics and processes, and shadowing opportunities.- Coordinate onboarding experience and provide ongoing support for researchers in international offices.- Help stakeholders with goal elicitation, understanding the uses of research, data interpretation, and what it means to be "data informed" rather than "data driven," both as part of each engagement and by co-developing and teaching a "Data 101" class for stakeholders, designed to help them level up their decision-making through structured problem-solving and the use of insights.
