These services include payroll, benefits, 401k, workers compensation insurance, SUTA/FUTA, tax reporting, EEOC, etc. Responsible for an annual operating budget of $12 million.

Corporate executive committee and strategy council member charged with refocusing and leading the information services function for a rapidly growing, $600+ million public company in the staffing industry. Responsible for an annual budget of approximately $7 million. Met all delivery and financial targets while reducing employee turnover from 25% to less then 10%.
