Coordinated, managed and implemented technical projects for Mayo physicians and staff. Provided end-user support to Mayo staff by supporting various devices including but not limited to, PCs, printers, scanners, monitors, and hand held devices. Represented the group and IT Department in meetings with interdepartmental groups, vendors, and other agencies to develop and assess information. Responsible for automating software installs and deployment via Altiris. Lead printer migration project migrating over 2,000 printers off of a HP print appliance to print servers. Involved in migrating an entire environment to another domain effecting over 3,500 users, 4,000 printers, 6,000 computer, etc.Developed relationships and consulted with outside vendors and application specialists for new product rollouts and/or troubleshooting.Lead a team of 15 cross-departmental employees who successfully completed and implemented projects impacting the entire environment including Lean Management and ITIL practices.Played an instrumental role in researching and developing company-wide IT practices that resulted in a significant cost reduction across the organization.
