Born in Rio de Janeiro, with over 20 years of experience in Technology for Management. Coming from a humble family, I have always been encouraged to use education as a means of advancement. Curiosity is what drives me, propelling me to learn, share, anticipate, and communicate, attributes that are a part of my personality.My journey has revealed my purpose, which is to help individuals and organizations make a positive impact on the world. I do this through dialogical and expositional processes of modern management, believing that together, we can create endless possibilities for innovation, creativity, prosperity, and human development.My career spans various areas, such as Strategy, Project Management, PMO and VMO, Portfolio Management, Change Management, IT Management, Team Management, Process Improvement (Lean Thinking), ERP system implementation, Technology Infrastructure, Agile Practices, Future Studies, and Strategic Foresight.I have worked in various sectors, including Industry, Government, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Consulting, and Financial Institutions, collaborating with teams in multiple countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Panama, Mexico, the Netherlands, India, and the USA).In the academic realm, I have taught in MBA and Postgraduate courses at various institutions, such as UNIGRANRIO, IBMEC, CANDIDO MENDES, UNIASSELVI, UNISOCIESC, CATÓLICA DE SANTA CATARINA, FORÇA AÉREA E EXÉRCITO BRASILEIRO.I have participated in the development of 4 books in collaboration with the Collaborative Journey, serving as a co-author in a book about Kanban and acting as an organizer and curator in books about Customer Experience, Transition from PMO to VMO, and Digital Transformation. All of these works were voluntary, with the proceeds from sales going to charitable organizations.I am a speaker and active participant in Agility and Innovation events in Brazil.Additionally, I am the Chapter Leader of Harvard Business School Online in Brazil, contributing to knowledge generation in a globally renowned community.Currently, I focus on modern management practices, helping companies thrive through technology and adapting to 21st-century culture. This involves training, discussions on value streams, metrics, problem-solving, Software Product Management, Design Thinking and Service Design, systemic mapping (System Thinking), Foresight, executive strategies, Innovation, open innovation, among other activities.My hobbies include practicing Jiu Jitsu, playing the guitar, going to the beach, reading, and studying.
