I have built a solid career in community development, experiencing the foundation and consolidation of nonprofits since 1998. Over the years I specialized and operated on community and international philanthropy in the position of CEO of the Greater Florianópolis Community Foundation and member of the coordination of the Ibero-American Network of Community Foundations. During this time, I had the opportunity to assist international agencies and foundations, companies, corporate and family foundations in implementing community development projects, as well as managed projects on social entrepreneurship and use of technology and new media for social change.In 2016 I joined RAPS, a network to support political leaders and people who believe they can make a change through politics to build a sustainable country. At RAPS, I supported a committee of senior leaders from business, academic, nonprofit, and government sectors to promote the network's activities to municipalities in Santa Catarina, managing to help the election of leaders committed to sustainability in the local and national spheres in the Brazilian elections in 2016 and 2018.Parallel to the activities above, I'm the co-founder, manager, and translator of A2Z, a translation company specialized in academic articles in the areas of public and business administration, third sector, economics, and social management.
