Savings of $3-5 million.• Leader of eight Supply Chain Six Sigma Blackbelt Consultants deployed across different DuPont businesses including Crop Protection, Performance Polymers, Protection Technologies and Electronics and Communications (E&C) to improve their business planning, inventory management, 2nd quality inventory management and supply chain execution. Savings of $18 million. • Worked to establish a Supply Chain Center of Competency Team in Integrated Operations that included development of and certifications in Supply Chain Council SCOR framework and APICS CSCP and CPIM competencies. Developed standard playbooks focused on supply chains to help businesses institutionalize improvements.• Certified in SCOR-P and CSCP - Member of APICS, Supply Chain Council & Gartner. Served on APICS Finance Committee for three years and developed training materials for APICS.
