- Lead a team of 40 LSS Support consultants as well as 5 LSS Senior consultants in NAMER
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders from Product, Product Ops, Billing and Eng to gather requirements and ensure that internal tooling meets the needs of both internal support processes and external customer.
- Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Operations, Product, Engineering, Business Productivity, and Revenue, to gather requirements, address technical challenges, and ensure alignment.
- Conducted user training sessions and created user documentation to facilitate the adoption of both new platforms by the LSS Support team.
- Work closely with Eng team to customize internal tooling according to the specific needs and workflows of LSS Support, ensuring optimal functionality and usability.
- Managed content creation within the company's Global resources to ensure the Support team stayed updated on internal processes and product features for effective client support
