· Ensure safe and timely delivery/installation of customer shipments to events in IRL & overseas; provide appropriate, correct and timely treatment of customer shipments at export and import. Maintain detailed records of shipping documents, communications and procedures for each shipment.· Lead service delivery teams at events ensuring all parties maintain high standards of customer care and operational performance at the venue or delivery location. Organise onsite deliveries and installations in support of specialist logistics teams utilising forklift trucks, cranes and other plant with safety uppermost.· Process, distribute and monitor exhibitor lists and other leads to generate customer enquiries and client requests. Prepare and issue freight quotations and schedules with follow up as required.· Management of all supplier invoices and customer billing to ensure timely and profitable closure of customer files. Sharp focus on supplier costs, customer revenues and margin performance at shipment/event level.· Build great relationships with new and prospective customers, suppliers and our global network of freight agents as well as other departments.

Shipments coordination (Air, sea, and land) under temporary and permanent import/export basis, daily contact with agents/clients overseas, shipping instructions confection, shipping documents conference and production (Invoice, packing list, BL and AWB drafts), documents translation (Portuguese-English), supervision on show site (booking of the local trucks, forklifts, cranes, etc), financial reports to directors board, follow-up of all shipments/shows, billing, prospection of new clients and markets, contact with show organizers and new official appointments for new shows, sales services, prospect new business (with new clients and current ones) and quote suppliers and final client.
