Over the last 12 years, I have undertaken more than 5 trips around the world, working as a project manager, and through these experiences, I have gained extensive practical knowledge in management and innovation. I have delivered over 300 projects in 17 countries, totaling a $25 million investment in IT infrastructure. In 2019, I led the SAP IQ project, which became a global success case for SAP. Recently, I have led more than 140 Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation projects, resulting in the implementation of new technologies to increase efficiency and provide real-time production insights. To achieve this, I assembled a team of 10 people and developed a digital project management platform with over 20 functionalities, using Microsoft tools. For three consecutive years, I was a finalist in BRF's internal "Innovation Scouts" program, presenting ideas and projects that contributed to the launch of new products in the market. Currently, I am leading agile projects in Cloud and Analytics.
