CurrentWhile directing all non-sales project phases of multimillion-dollar construction contracts, I ensure the complete satisfaction of private sector clients across New England and the East Coast. I maintain full compliance with multi-state building and code regulations, completing all projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. Overseeing the Engineering/Drafting, Estimating/Costing Systems, Production, Purchasing, Accounting, Customer Service, and Administration Departments, I lead and motivate 5 direct reports and 80 indirect reports to peak performance levels. I generate short- and long-term strategies and financial projections while serving on the Board of Directors. I played a key leadership role in purchasing and launching this new business in 2010. I was recruited by an investment group to perform acquisition due diligence, initiate corporate negotiations, and produce a detailed business plan.To maximize business success, I revitalized the organization, establishing most key policies, SOPs, and processes. I convinced reluctant employees to adopt new standards through effective change management.
