Current- Responsible for Car Classifieds Business Unit, restructuring a team of 20 people. Report to the Inside Sales General Management. - Restructuring of Field Sales to Inside Sales, enhancing the commercial team's efficiency. - SMB (Small-Medium Business) structuring. Customer base clustering based on profile and business potential. - Management and development of a high-performance commercial team (Hunter and Farmer) and indicator management, such as revenue growth and the total customer base. - Responsible for launching the Car Financing product in coordination with product teams (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Mexico), commercial planning, marketing (performance), strategy and credits. A one-year project.Key Achievements: - 6% growth in the Installed Customer Base - 9% increase in annual revenue.
