As the client company went through a major transformation my role was to lead the design as well as help guide the product strategy.Leading teams in multiple locations globally I was tasked to create an entire new generation of modular design solutions, fit for diverse global markets and with a strong focus on technical feasibility.

I helped Xtreme video set up their design and product development studio in HK, recruiting staff and putting appropriate facilities and procedures in place. I also updated, developed and directed their product portfolios and managed the update of the visual identities for their two action sports brands XSories and EQ.

I was hired by Philips as lead soft goods designer in an effort to strengthen their Apple accessories line of products. I updated, simplified and developed the range into a more contemporary, relevant and coherent portfolio. I later moved on to being involved in projects over a variety of business areas but focusing on new value creation in the early stages of new product development and new value spaces.

OSM Global is a company specializing in accessories for electronics, mobile phones and mobile computing. The focus of my work was on soft goods design for large OEM clients in these business areas. My work at OSM has opened up the world of soft goods design for me. Since I like challenges and learning new things this has been a great opportunity for me. Through plenty of trips to factories in China I have gained very valuable knowledge and experience of Chinese manufacturing and the value of keeping design close to manufacturing. Much of the work consists of graphic design and 2D art and I have had ample opportunity to further develop my Illustrator skills! Besides directly client-oriented work I have run a few internal development projects, one of which include redefining, structuring and communicating the company's vast material library and another one in charge of Design in R&D and new product development.

A small consultancy business founded and operated by me and my cousin Nils in 1999. Focus on graphic design and web production providing complete turnkey solutions to SMEs in all businesses.

I have seen successful products through from research and conception to production and market, several of these as lead designer. I have experience in research, ideation, innovation, brainstorming, 2D and 3D visualisation, interaction design, user experience design, packaging design, design management client- and manufacturer contact etc. Working in a consultancy environment has given me the opportunity to gain experience in a multitude of product categories from consumer electronics, household appliances and home accessories to transportation design. The multidisciplinary nature of Designit’s business has allowed me to engage in graphic design and interaction design projects in addition to my regular assignments as product designer.

While completing my masters in industrial design at Lund University I was working as an intern/trainee at the Copenhagen branch of Designit

I played a key role in the the production of the first two editions of yearbooks from Lund University Industrial Design; two books that set the format and the standard for a tradition of artful compilations of student works. My position included editing, layout, copywriting, proofreading, translation, graphic production, photography, prepress etc. The book “Just Five Years” was the first edition, compiling the short but sweet history of Lund University Industrial Design, and it consists of almost 400 pages containing nearly 2000 pictures and hundreds of texts from dozens of different writers and all of it must withstand scrutiny from students, teachers, politicians, other universities and, of course, future employers of everyone leaving the school with a degree.

Cykloteket is one of Sweden’s most prominent and respected bicycle retailers, dealing primarily in premium bicycles and accessories. In my position as Marketing Manager I was responsible for the planning, execution and production of all facets of marketing communications and brand management; graphic design and production of material for web, print and other media including a magazine-style product catalogue released twice a year. Website management, photography and store interior design and decoration were also part of my duties. Additionally I was a member of the management team.
