I coordinate two agile teams including consultants from our software vendor. The teams share an ambition to create a platform that inspires adults to acquire new skills and further education.The National Agency for It and Learning has undergone tremendous change. We went agile early 2019 and we are still learning our new ways doing stories, planning sprints, increments and estimating story points as teams.

2016-19: I worked with people - doing business analysis and product management - as we are continuously optimising and digitalizing processes around the Danish adult vocational training programmes (VEU).Our primary goal was still to make it easier for businesses to administrate their employees' course attendance in VEU programmes.I worked with BPMN and Decision Model and Notation (DMN) redesigning administration for the VEU through efteruddannelse.dk. I see BPMN and DMN as great tools for communicating business and systems processes to stakeholders, developers, testers and users.We continously analysed user behaviour working closely with our UX experts and Google Analytics and we continued this work throughout 2018 and 2019 as the VEU programme is being reformed.Besides this I am an experienced user of Jira for project management purposes (agile and waterfall) as well as for testing (Zephyr).

2014-2015: This year I was project manager for a new administrative system within the VEU domain processing payments. We analysed processes, wrote requirements, user stories and test cases. The work was conducted within the framework of the PRINCE2-based cross-departmental project model where an integral part of the job was stakeholder management and status reporting to the steering committee - managers and directors.2014-2016: I was part of a network for project managers working in government agencies, sharing knowledge on managing IT projects. This gave me a broad perspective on project management and project methodology.2014-2015: I implemented Jira and agile processes. While implementing a new Jira platform in 2015 I worked with designing and tuning workflows, boards and views for development and testing for our insourced projects. This work gave me a good understanding of tools supporting project management, planning and reporting2013: I worked as project manager for the Danish Educational Portal – emu.dk. At the same time I functioned as team lead in the insourced sprint based agile development process. This project gave me a sound experience with the pros and cons of going agile.

2007-2012: I Worked as a specialist consultant on Danish Educational Portal – emu.dk. Primarily editorial work on subsites of the portal as well as participation in international events in the EU and the Nordic region.

These years I was technical project manager for the educational site - www.emu.dk and lots of subsites, developed in the CMS TeamSite. The position was in the development department at UNI-C, Aarhus.

Consultancy and implementation of the UNI-Server project. A DKK 40 mio. government spearhead project for using streaming video in public schools. Through this project I have a broad understanding of various Internet technologies: routing, firewalls, DNS etc.
