Responsible for providing the Ericsson local companies with the knowledge and tools required for selling Ericsson products. Our group was responsible for BSC, RNC and transmission. We delivered dimensioning support, methods & tools, training, workshops and general support.Modernization of mobile networks and migration to IP were important subjects.Introduction of smartphones generated more load than expected and this lead to a need of developing methods and tools for network analysis. The tools have been spread worldwide and the analysis results have been very useful in customer discussions.Many operators has increased the focus on robust and secure IP networks and it has been challenging introducing all the new functionality demanded by customers.

Also worked with core network design and IMS.Participated in the initial implementation of mobile networks for the operator 3 in Sweden and Denmark. Also took part in the upgrade to HSDPA for the same customer. In the projects, I was responsible for configuration of transmission between RNC and base station including intermediate switches.

I was responsible for microwave planning in the eastern part of germany, stationed in Berlin.
