Mawell builds and delivers eHealth software in Sweden, Finland, Norway and UK.Mawell Product & Services includes Product Development, IT Operations and ServiceDeskProduct Development builds products for imaging in eHealth. The product development is performed with processes that conforms to ISO 13485.IT Operations performs application and server operation and our ServiceDesk performs incident management and support for our customers IT Services.As Vice President Product & Services I am responsible for this offering and also part of the executive management team.

The business support department offers Financial, IT, Office and other business support services such as projects and processes, risk management and procurement. We are also responsible for Ledarna real estate and financial management.A driving factor in all of these services is Ledarnas continuous work with sustainability.

All Ledarna employees will have the opportunity to attend a three day workshop in the 7 Habits. My job is to facilitate the workshop which means a bit of talking and a lot of listening and observing. At Ledarna the IT deparment strives to move closer to the business and our mission is to translate Ledarna business needs into IT in the most effective way.As the manager for the IT department my responsibility is to make sure that my co-workers have the platform they need to be able to perform. Recruiting and sales for a new Java branch at Cefalo. Cefalo has already a strong .NET branch and my job is to make sure that we have an equally competent java branch by recruiting java programmers and tech proj leads with documented experience and by aiding in the selling of this competence.

During my time at Tankebolaget I co-founded the consultant network Mindspring.

I started Tankebolaget together with John Waters and Peder Lindencrona in 1996. From the start we had the vision of building a fun and educating place to work. We managed to get hold of great co workers and in 2001 we were around 25 people working together. The thing I am most happy about with Tankebolaget is the personal development and that we actually managed to create a form where it worked where we spent one day a week to learn new stuff.During these years I worked partially as a consultant and partially as a manager.
