Some of my clients call me “Wendy”. They think of Wendy Rhoades, the character in the HBO series Billions. She helps Bobby Axelrod build his hedge fund and works as the company's in-house advisor. Well, it is fiction and drama, but Wendy Rhoades, played by Maggie Siff, does a stellar job of showcasing the effect an experienced advisor can have. Her job is to keep the fiercely brilliant and ambitious young men of the firm functioning at peak power. This is not touchy feely stuff, but bottom-line boosting performance enhancement. The process included extensive negotiations with government representatives, relevant authorities, municipalities and county councils• The report, SOU 2013:54, was submitted to the Minister of Health and Social Affairs

Meanwhile the state dental care support to the industry was expanded and digitized and private dentistry maintained its position as society´s most valued service• Quality assurance of internal processes in collaboration with the board and auditors. When developing the organization into a unified functioning unit, the wide range of different types of members, from large care groups to individual entrepreneurs, posed a major challenge to the organizations' democratic way of making the necessary decisions• After leaving my assignment, internal discussions unfortunately took focus away from the strategic issues at hand, which for a short time led to turbulence and negative media attention
