In my current role, I focus on sales and marketing communications activities.Sales: Local level bid manager on public and private sector tenders, prequalification process, pricing, offers, pipeline analysis & sales reporting for different business lines. Marketing Communications:I am in charge of weekly Nordics and Baltics media reports including industry, market and political developments. I manage trade fairs and other events, and locally coordinate and manage other communications and marketing activities such as press releases, social media posts and internal communication. I have also implemented the rebranding activities in our market area. As my organization has had rapid growth the past years through mergers and acquisitions, I have had the responsibility of locally implementing several new processes, tools and had own projects related to organizational change.The work both locally and on the corporate level is highly international.
