I'm Andersson, currently pursuing Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) in Xiamen University Malaysia. Besides achieving flying colours in my academic performance, I am passionate in exposing myself in various competitions and conference events to explore new knowledge and widen my horizon. Notably, I had participated in various research showcase at both national and international scale, and I am honoured to give a speech in several occasions, which has eventually sharpen my presentation skills. Furthermore, I am enthusiastic in learning new skills and knowledge to spur myself to greater height. Notably, I am given the opportunity to engage in the role as the Head of Secretary for XMUM IChemE Student Chapter to sharpen my organisation skills and time management skills through dealing with all rising variations and ensuring the smooth running of events. In addition, I take on the challenge to hold both position of High Committee and Head of Department in hosting one of the events in XMUM CME Annual Series of Events (XCASE) 2023 this year. Moreover, concurrent with undergraduate study, I am involved as research assistant under Green Biomass Technology Research Group, mainly working on research regarding to the utilisation of various biomass waste into energy storage and biofuel application, with the aim to contribute towards a greener and more sustainable future. Notably, through continuous involvement and learning, I had the opportunity to showcase my research work through my publication in the 19th APCChE Congress, as well as contributing in a group project which received recognition by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Furthermore, I can showcase my leadership skill and organisation skills, especially engaging in the role of project leader to lead a team of 20 members named "S.W.A.Y.T" in executing a project named "Small Skill, Big Impact" as a requirement of XMUM Community Service, which eventually resulted in a major success. I look forward to continuously explore new fields and discover my inner potential to always become a better version of me.
