Setting up a marketing team that functions as an in-house ad agency has been very successful and led to a new full-time position. In this role, I was in charge of how the company/brand promoted itself to the public through advertisement and I oversaw the placement of all advertisement (digital, TV, radio and print). I was responsible for all the organizational aspects of the production of advertisement (in-house and externally) incl. scheduling and budgeting. For the material that was not produced in-house (TV and radio), I was serving as an intermediary between the various national/international production companies/suppliers and the media agency. I ensured that all productions ran smoothly, met deadlines, and staid within budget. Worked closely with the company's various departments: sales, product and after-sales/service as well as all Peugeot dealers in order to create effective campaigns that enabled the dealers to meet their commercial objectives.
