Along with my passion for training, working as a personal trainer, I also have a huge passion for the sport indoor skydiving. Therefore, I decided to take a leap of faith and accepted a job at Bodyflight Stockholm AB. I work here as a salesrepresentative and instructor. The best job I ever had!With the experience of been working at 3 different gyms and in 3 different countries over the years, this has helped me become the personal trainer/ Bodyflight instrutor I'm today. I've learned a lot from my colleagues and I've taken the best to add to my own training philosophy and it's also how I train and motivate my clients everyday. My goal with every encounter with clients is that the person should always feel better about themselves leaving the gym but that they should be A LOT more physical exhausted.
