I began my journey advising services companies in international expansion in 2013. I didn't have much experience in consulting, but my passion for learning about this industry and the lack of readily available information on internet, drove me to prepare extensively. I dedicated three academic theses – from my undergraduate, specialization, and Master's in International Trade – to answer the question: How do Tech and BPO service companies expand into new markets?
