A new chapter of my Lean/Agile journey as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach, which included:Scrum Master role:The Scrum teams are cross-functional and consist of design/Ux, front end, back end, database and testing. They have separate planning, stand-ups and retrospectives, but the two teams have common grooming. They also have a common stand-up on the first day of the sprint when they tell each other what to do in the sprint, what sprint goal they have and what action points that came out of the last retrospective.Agile Coach role:I coach the teams, product owner and stakeholders from different parts of the organization in agile/lean framework. To measure the team spirit, I introduced smiley report based on “respect the individual” (agile KPI) and to keep track of code deployed to production I introduced the Release snake.During a month, we experimented with focus areas and feature teams. The team is focusing on one specific area and does one or more releases. Feature teams are temporary and are put together by the skills needed to solve the task.For all developers I organized a monthly hack day and last Friday every month we have a tech talk. I have been involved in organizing a joint hack day for all developers in all companies within Schibsted sphere (Aftonbladet, SVD, Blocket etc).Lean coach role:The Kanban team has its own Kanban board in Jira where a story automatically enters when a user reports an error in production. The Kanban team consists of developers rotating from the two Scrum teams. It’s responsible for the site hitta.se.

The team invested heavily in automation for unit test, integration tests and infrastructure for build pipeline and devops.All ten Scrum Masters at Comhem attend the weekly Scrum Master Forum, where we discussed experiences of different aspects of lean/agile way of working. Scrum Masters for the web teams even had a forum with product owners and managers to improve the collaboration.The Kanban team consists of developers from the two web teams that rotates and who were responsible for making sure that the old comhem.se site worked as expected.I where responsible to introduce smiley report to the team to measure how the team feels and “impact Mapping” build the right thing, with the Product Owner.
