Attaché in charge of various files related to the Internal Market, Public Procurement, Concessions, Competition, State Aid, Mutual recognition of Professional Qualifications (MRPQ), Trade in services, etc.During the Danish Presidency of the Council, spring 2012: - Chair of Working Party on Public Procurement handling the public procurement package (classic PP direcitive, utilities and concessions). I developed the negotiation strategy and chaired 16 meetings on the PP package during the DK Presidency and had numerous meetings with EP (MEPs and secretariat). - Chair of Working Party on Establishment & Services handling the Proposal on Mutual Recognition of Professional Qualifications. I developed the negotiation strategy and chaired 6 meetings on the MRPQ Directive during the DK Presidency and organised a lunch debate with the COREPER ambassadors.- Chair of Working Party on State Aid and Competition issues. I organised a lunch debate with the COREPER ambassadors in order to get an exchange of views on the State Aid Reform Package.

I worked in the section of Social Management, which carries out evaluations in the fields of the labour market, employment, education, public administration, integration, immigration etc. Among others I have been attached to projects on job satisfaction in the Danish Police Force, the effects and results of the efforts of helping drug addicts and the future tasks of Danish Unions.

I was attached to the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Section, the main objective of which is to make sure that the budget of approximately 35 million USD per year, is spent in the most effective way. Among other tasks I assisted in the planning of future development-projects and improved and elaborated UNICEF-Ethiopia’s range of instruments for information gathering concerning the organisation’s numerous projects carried out in Ethiopia. During my stay I developed a new approach to future information gathering, combining the features of quantitative and qualitative data gathering and processing. I tested the instruments in the field myself.

Hald Ege Børnehave er en integreret institution med 100 børn i 0-6 årsalderen. Jeg var som pædagogmedhjælper tilknyttet en gruppe med 22 børnehavebørn i 3-6 årsalderen. Når der var behov for det, dækkede jeg også af i andre dele af institutionen.

Jeg stod primært bag kassen i McDriven, hvor jeg sikrede hurtige ”through-tider”. Jeg havde også en koordinerende rolle i forhold til at forudse presset på køkkenet (fx holde øje med om der svingede et par busser medsultne fodboldfans ind på parkeringspladsen).

Sammen med to gode kammerater, startede jeg virksomhed Bike Supply Denmark. Vi importerede og videresolgte high-end cykeldele til detailhandlen (B2B). Det lykkedes os at få dansk agentur på nogle af de største producenter i verden. I marts 1994 forlod jeg og en anden medejer virksomheden, som blev drevet videre af den sidste medejer. Han solgte senere virksomheden til en af de store spillere i branchen.
