I am entrepreneurial of nature and can simply not refrain from looking for a solution when I spot a problem.This is why I initiated the first drawings of what today is FORM - a modern and user-friendly 250V re-wirable plug for the Danish market. I have designed FORM with close attention to solving both an esthetic and functional problem. With a profile of only 11 mm, FORM is the slimmest plug on the Danish Market. This makes it easily used behind furniture where other plugs don’t fit. At the same time, FORM has a curvy and sleek design which gives the perfect finish to a modern home. With its many colors, it is almost a shame to hide it behind furniture. Through development of FORM I have solely performed following product development disciplines:- identifying market potential and technical requirements- prototyping – 3D printed mock-ups and prototypes- developing and trouble-shooting of injection mold with manufacturer- certification and approval by SEMKO- sourcing of components- identification of suppliers and setup of supply chain- direct sales through different sales channels FORM is currently sold through a number of retailers across Denmark.

I worked as the mechanical lead and SME on two different robotic packages (Kuka and Fanuc) for the PPV project in Kalundborg both for Class D and CNC rooms. Futhermore I designed the procesventilation along with ducting and bagfilter unit.

Re-design of existing starch plant. Design and construction of new parts, manufacturing in workshop and implementation on site of; product infeed, manifold, cyclones, entire cooling section, main air intake, direct gas heaters, main air outlet regarding noise and pollution. Standardization of Falling Film Evaporator range, from 4 ton/h to 95ton/h. One CAD model driven by a process calculation and delivering finished 2D manufacturing drawings all done via Autodesk Inventor and iLogic code. Implementation of Autodesk Inventor and Vault professional including building standard parts catalog and equipment.

Implementation of a food division, hygienic design, hygienic components, standardizing of components throughout the food division, design of protein plants, modular construction of Separator, Decanter, sterilizing, pump skits etc. Design and construction of complete factory layout and turn-key projects.

Constructed of Protein plants and complete “turnkey” projects for Alfa Laval. Seperator and decanter skits, Evaporators, and pump skits. All done in modular design and as a turnkey.
