I built the portfolio by applying different sales activities e.g. cold calling and general networking. I always reached my sales targets and had lots of repeat business. All though the marked was affected by the financial crises I managed to create and maintain a good portfolio of customers - Assisted customers solving recruitments on middle management and specialist level. I ensured that the client accepted and understood our terms and conditions. I was also responsible for the negotiation of the contracts - Solved recruitment assignments from A-Z mainly on specialist and middle management level.
