I invented the Wallet-PC, a usb based device in the shape of a credit card, which enables people to turn any computer into their own personal computer with their documents, email, applications and desktop settings. I also developed the Easy-Email solution. Easy-Email enables people to automatically synchronize their email, calendar and contacts across any number of devices such as Windows, Mac and Linux based computersand smart phones.With a business partner I founded Ayoro, and I was responsible for Technology while my business partner focused on Marketing and Commercial. After developing the Wallet-PC prototype and completing the initial market research we made a strategic decision that the Unique Selling Point for the product was not compelling enough to warrant further development.Selected Achievements:• Invented and developed the Wallet-PC from concept to fully working prototype.• Developed the Easy-Email solution for automatic email synchronization.• Wrote several books on Easy-Email with easy to follow instructions for non-technical users.• Designed, installed and configured several Joomla and Wordpress web sites to sell and support the Wallet-PC and Easy-Email products.• Designed an Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) based implementation of the Joomla Web Site enabled for Auto Scaling.• Interviewed, hired and managed two 4th year IT students.

Project: IBM UK CoreBank Development Centre, Seer*HPS5.3.1, Visual Age C++, COBOL, DB2/2, OS/2.• Ported the CoreBank application, a GUI Client/Server based bank accounting system, from CICS/MVS to run stand-alone in a PC OS/2 environment using DB2/2 as the local database.• Ran pilot projects at Client Site defining API’s into CoreBank. This work involved defining the surrounding Architecture and developing Proof of Concept applications.

Project: CAmis project (bank accounting system), Seer*HPS5.3.1, CICS, DB2, OS/2 and Windows.• Construction of an application to handle the integration of CAmis and a legacy credit scoring system.

Project: Finpro project (GUI Client/Server based system), Seer*HPS 5.2.4, MS C600, DB2, DB2/2.• Design and implementation of integration of HPS and FileNet’s WorkFlo. • Involved in the analysis of the legacy systems integration and release strategy for the Insurance Application Architecture (IAA) system being developed.
