I am a certified IT attorney and partner at Aumento Advokatfirma. I advise private and public clients on digitisation and the legal and commercial aspects of such projects. I have thorough experience with complex IT contracts, cloud computing and dispute resolution in connection with digitization and IT projects. I am an expert within IT law, AI, cyber security, ecommerce, marketing law and data protection, which are central areas for digital businesses. My expertise also include the borderland between IT law and public procurement law and I have e.g. assisted Danish regions and municipalities with some of the largest IT implementation projects.In addition, I have deep knowledge of the ecommerce industry in Denmark. I have for more than 10 years worked closely with The Danish Ecommerce Association (FDIH) until they merged with Dansk Erhverv and have e.g. created guidelines for companies that plan to export goods and services through ecommerce.The fact that I today work as an IT attorney with a focus on digitization is not really a surprise, since I very young was an exchange student at Mahar High School in Massachusetts, USA, where I chose Computer Science as an elective subject. I learned the more basics of computers and learned to write software programs on an Atari computer. When I continued at N. Zahle's Gymnasieskole in Copenhagen as a mathematics/physics student, the Atari computer was replaced with a Commodore 64 but the programming continued. After high school and military service with the Zealand Life Regiment I continued at law school at the University of Copenhagen and not as an IT programmer or computer scientist at the Technical University of Denmark can wonder. I occasionally do that myself, however, then I also understand why I have almost always focused on technology and IT within the legal field!
