➢ To monitor and update operation status regarding Preservation in the PTTEPInventory Project to client (PTTEP, Shore Base, Bintulu)➢ Walk about on actual site execution, identify/ discussed any potential hazardousalong with preservation team leader➢ Updated day to day Daily Progress Report of Preservation activity to client➢ Engage Toolbox Meeting with all crew and preparing/ compiling JSA form priorwork execution.➢ Engage Daily/ Monthly/ Weekly Safety Meeting with client➢ Assist in preparing/ documenting work flow together with HSE Plan➢ Assist in project preparation including HSE statistics and Tender Questionnaire➢ Assisting Engineer and coordinating Inspection of Line Pipes and Bends Project atPTTEP Bintulu

➢ Conduct Toolbox meeting every morning at MGV Yard➢ Calculate and keep record of Safe Man Hours➢ Inspect & Identify Unsafe Act & Unsafe Condition at the workplace➢ Engage Monthly Machinery & Tools Inspection➢ Conduct Monthly Awareness with different types of topics every month to all crew➢ Involve with PERSFAFE (service provider) as a HSE Assistant at Miri Crude OilTerminal for Tank 4200 Maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities:-➢ Update company Fire Prevention & Preparedness Assessments Checklist➢ Conduct Toolbox meeting (SSGP Installation of Tarpaulin)➢ Calculate Safe Man Hours (SSGP Brush Control)➢ Inspect Unsafe Act & Unsafe Condition of workers during Collection & Handling of Schedule Waste at Logistic Seri Mas Wharf , Miri Port (Mercury, Used Oil, Used Paint)➢ Update company Vehicle Checklist➢ Assist Supervisor on updating the “Work Pack for Provision of High Pressure Cleaning Services & Desludging of Water Treatment Plant for PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd➢ Support Site Safety Supervisor as a HSSE Assistant at Miri Crude Oil Terminal for High Pressure Cleaning Work.➢ Update the Collection & Handling of Schedule Waste Management in “eswis system”➢ Prepare Hazard Labeling Sticker for Bung drum
