I've been working as an owner rep, managing all phases of development projects from due diligence, entitlement, design, precon, permitting, bidding, and construction to close out. Alongside the day-to-day oversight of projects, I guide clients through contract negotiation, budgeting, and cost management. I have experience working on ground-up, building renovation, infrastructure upgrades, and tenant improvement projects. Project types include residential, hospitality, retail, education, performance spaces, creative offices, and law offices. I take ownership of the projects I manage and foster a collaborative environment to solve problems, mitigate risks, and meet project goals. I am proficient in using software across different platforms, including Microsoft Project, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, etc. I am passionate about using my knowledge and skill sets in a challenging position that will offer continued career growth.
